The province of the Anglican Church of Rwanda announced that during the meeting of the House of Bishops convened on the 12th of September in the Year of Our Lord, two thousand and seventeen, the Rev. Musabyimana Assiel was elected as new Bishop of the Diocese of Kigeme.
